It is our goal at Paul Carter to satisfy our customers.  Unless otherwise specified, we will provide a full refund or store credit within 10 days from the date of the purchase for all returned in stock merchandise. 

No refunds will be provided for special order merchandise, or custom orders. 

After 10 days only store credit or even exchange will be offered.
